Pao School Summer Camps focus on the three pillars of the school’s mission: developing the whole person, passing on traditions of Chinese culture and fostering an international perspective. We work with talented international teams of experts to deliver an exciting and balanced camp featuring small class sizes and rich selection of sports, arts, technology, culture and more. Summer camps are open to both Pao School students and their counterparts from other schools.

Designed by Pao School Chinese teachers, fully immersive Chinese learning experiences and activities with local Chinese children will not only allow the students to broaden their horizons and develop intercultural skills but also bring an authentic and meaningful summer time in 2025. Designed for children aged 5 to 9, offering a a balanced mix of critical thinking, creativity, and physical activity. It aims to develop the spirit of exploration, self-expression, concentration, and innovation in an immersive bilingual environment. The camp introduces the two core subjects ‘Bilingual Science’ and ‘Speak & Shine’ (you can choose either one), and two new CCAs ‘Creative Arts’ and ‘Fun Sports,’ offering children a summer experience that is at once exciting and educational.

The newly launched Pao Elevation Academy is designed for students aged 12 to 15 seeking to deepen their academics, embrace challenges, and take meaningful actions this summer. The programme offers two themes, and students can choose based on their interests.
Theme 1: Shaping Academic Leadership in the AI Era. This programme brings together top scholars from leading universities with industry leaders to guide students through explorations of cutting-edge developments across multiple disciplines, including science, technology, social sciences, and humanities. Under expert mentorship, students will engage in research projects using the Stanford DI workshop model, work in teams to produce innovative academic projects, and prepare for the Forbes Global Business Competition.
Theme 2: Global Business Leaders—Financial and Legal Acumen. This programme features mentorship from prominent CEOs and CFOs, with course content covering leadership, finance, law and more. Through the study of real-world cases and hands-on simulations, including simulated investment scenarios, mock trials, and business strategy simulations, students will build a solid foundation for becoming future business leaders.

The programme is designed for students aged 9 to 15, offering them a deep dive into Pao School's unique culture of ‘Compassion, Integrity, Balance’ with full immersion in boarding life, guided by Pao School teachers and seniors (assistant). This year's theme has been completely upgraded to reflect current trends and innovations, emphasizing the key qualities needed for 21st-century talent. Students can choose from six themes, including branding and innovation, business leadership, music and drama, game design and artificial intelligence, and more.
The programme also features a variety of co-curricular activities, including swimming, cooking and arts, and more, as well as exciting evening group activities, ensuring a dynamic and rewarding experience throughout the day.

This summer, the Bilingual Sailing Camp sets out on its third voyage. Led by the world champion team ‘ChinaOne. Ningbo’ with foreign coaches and Pao School teachers, the programme integrates the US Sailing Youth Certification Programme, offering a rich array of experiences including sailing training, evening activities, and a visit to the Oceanographic Institute. With Pao School’s renowned camp management, participants are guaranteed a safe, exciting, and memorable summer adventure.

The Explorers of the Primeval Forest at 30°N Latitude Camp is open to students aged 12 to 15 and we are once again partnering with the world's top Outward Bound public welfare organizations to bring students an upgraded outdoor exploration experience—a journey to mysterious Shennongjia. Through unique experiential learning and adventurous outdoor activities, we aim to help students discover their personal potential, enhance their social and leadership skills, and foster resilience and confidence. Participants will develop teamwork and problem-solving abilities while nurturing their determination and strength of character.
