Pao School is dedicated to upholding its core values of compassion, integrity and balance. As such, the school is an active participant in philanthropic endeavours. One of the longest-running of the school's charity fundraisers is the 'Founder's Challenge', an annual swimming competition (participants include Pao students, teachers, and a group of Special Olympics athletes), that raises funds for athletes from the Starwalker swim team, an organisation for children with autism. Last year's event was themed 'Swim For Love' and was a great success, with more than 300 swimmers participating.

Johnson, a swim coach at Pao School, launched the 'Swim For Love' initiative. Under his leadership, the Pao School swim team has taught autistic children how to swim. 'Swim For Love' has also successfully raised funds for the purchase of swim gear and accessories for autistic children. The funds have also been used to pay for the children's swimming lessons and cover the costs of their participation in the 'Founder's Challenge'.

Recently, Tencent and the Shanghai Rende Foundation have lent their support to the 'Swim For Love' initiative. Donations can now be conveniently made online. Pao School welcomes your participation as it works to improve the lives of autistic children. When donors are numerous, even small donations can make a big difference in the lives of these children.
