Pao School’s Year 3 students recently spent an entire day at the Shanghai Botanical Garden. This trip was specially designed to integrate content from the students’ Chinese and Exploration Unit classes and help students reinforce material learned in both classes.
Even a rainy Tuesday morning in April did not dampen the spirits of the students. As the weather began to settle, students immediately began taking photos of the flowers, still drizzling with spring rain. They were especially excited as they arrived at the greenhouse to explore the many mysteries of the plants inside, taking photos, observing, recording and discussing their findings.
It was a fun and educational day for all students!
