As Pao School reaches our tenth anniversary, the school’s maturity and scale necessitate improved systems and approaches at all levels. To better realise the vision of establishing a world-class school and boost the effectiveness of the management system, our leadership structure has been revised.
The Board has created two new posts with whole-school responsibilities: Deputy Head (External Affairs) and Secretary-General responsible for the external affairs of the school, such as admissions, international affairs, partnerships and government relations; and Deputy Head (Operations) responsible for overseeing administrative and business functions that serve the whole school.
We are pleased to announce the appointment of both Deputy Heads: Li Jing, Deputy Head (External Affairs) and Secretary-General, and Lucy Liu, Deputy Head (Operations). They will work alongside Michael Spencer, Executive Principal; Crick Chen, Executive Deputy Principal of the Primary Division; and Paul Wood, Executive Principal of the Secondary Division, to support Headmaster Wu Zijian to manage Pao School in an effective and structured manner.
Both of the Deputy Heads have a wealth of teaching and management experience and we believe with their support we will build a world-class educational institution!
