Pao School’s annual Activities Camp is here again! Our campers will be spending their summer in Pao School’s signature fun and relaxing learning environment, but this year, we’ve added a fun new twist by naming each class after our students’ favorite cartoon characters!
Armed with the mission to develop our children’s full potential, give them a foundation in Chinese language and culture, and help them become global citizens, our Activities Camp has combined academics, studying, and practical hands-on work into a single program. Even the rainy weather couldn’t dampen the enthusiasm of our students and teachers – come to our West Building and you’ll not only find students, teachers, and Junior Counselors actively participating in sports and games, but you’ll also see coaches and students enjoying their swimming classes at the pool.
Every day is a surprise at Science class. Students not only took on the role of spies, using mirrors to transmit signals, they also became little detectives, observing the scene of the crime and using clues left by the criminals to solve the mystery!
In art class, campers made abstract and figurative paintings, cups in various shapes and sizes, decorative vases and beautiful sunflowers. One thing all of these creations had in common – all were beautiful and one of a kind!
