YK Pao School's two campuses chant together
On June 2, YK Pao Secondary Division choirs made a trip to the Primary Campus for a joint music concert. Approximately 80 students from our Secondary campus participated in the performance, including all students from the Junior Secondary Choir (65 students) along with students from this year's brand new Senior Secondary Choir (16 students).
We were also treated to performances by Primary Division's orchestra as well as their English and Chinese Choirs. All of the groups sang and played beautifully, and the audience was enthusiastic and welcoming.
Our Secondary students enjoyed watching our younger students perform and visiting with past teachers. It was also an opportunity for our Primary students to catch a glimpse of some of the musical activities offered at the Secondary Division. This was a great day for students to come together in a combined activity and we will definitely plan another joint concert in the near future!
